Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Mrs Ovens (“we”, “us”, “our”) for oven cleaning services in Eastbourne and surrounding areas.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below.


We operate in Eastbourne and selected surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, please contact us before booking.


We must have safe and legal parking available within reasonable distance of the property for the duration of the appointment.

  • Parking must allow unloading of cleaning equipment.
  • Any parking charges must be covered by the customer.
  • If no suitable parking is available on arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a call-out fee.

We are unable to carry heavy equipment long distances or park illegally.


The customer must ensure:

  • Safe and clear access to the appliance.
  • All personal items are removed from the area around the oven before arrival.
  • The appliance is in full working order (unless otherwise agreed).

If access is restricted or unsafe, we may be unable to complete the service.


We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a cancellation fee.

If we are unable to access the property at the agreed time, this may be treated as a missed appointment.


We take every care when cleaning your appliance. However:

  • We cannot be held responsible for faults that become apparent during or after cleaning where the appliance was already worn, damaged or faulty.
  • Parts that are heavily corroded, worn or fragile may deteriorate during cleaning.
  • Bulbs are not guaranteed and may fail after cleaning due to age or existing weakness.

We will always inform you if we identify any issues during the process.


  • We use non-toxic, fume-free cleaning products safe for use in your home.
  • Cleaning typically takes 2–4 hours depending on appliance size and condition.
  • Once complete, your oven can be used immediately.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, card or bank transfer


We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:

  • There is aggressive behaviour.
  • The working environment is unsafe.
  • There are pets not secured.
  • There are health and safety risks present.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
